Selected artwork from Dragon Journeys, as the art director my job was:

• Pre-production - create a distinct look, and visualize end-product as early as possible.
• Work a solution to reduce art costs from character animation, while maintaining distinct 2d look.
• Hybrid 2.5d setup, proper sorting to maintain 3d illusion

My Art tasks included:

• Art direction, concepts, 3d, hand painted textures, animation, visual effects, custom shaders/lighting.
